There is some ladder texture in the halflife.wad file in your game 
there is these ladder texture:

To half-life:
Half-life/valve/halflife.wad
To Counter-Strike:
Counter-Strike/valve/halflife.wad
To Condition Zero:
Condition Zero/valve/halflife.wad
Or tell me what sort of counter-strike you have

i have cs 1.6 rith now i don't feel like putting cscz on yet but when i go to my valve folder i go ( c:/program files/valve............ )

If your using hammer. to make your maps for cs then you should know where the fgd is. scents the first part of the setup in configurations is the cs FGD.

gcf are the actual game files in your steam folder.
the fgd is the entity file you use in hammer

there are ladder textures in the halflife wad, the halflife.wad is in the gcf file, so you need gcf scape to extract the wad from gcf file.

sorry I had a brain fart and miss read what you where asking for, lol.
but, if you need the halflife.wad go here to dl. All put it up just for you and any one else that may need it later.

and yes you need the gcf or you can just go dl the wad. Pluse to extract the gcf. you need gfcscape and networking for run-times and some other crap.

ok it took all night but the file is there. So just ckick on the link i gave you up there^. and it should work. It better because it took me all night literly, to upload it into my server. from 9:00pm to 9:00am

make sure u dont have steam running and then open up ur fgc file in your steam folder then its like a cstrike folder u just type half and ull highlight it then drag it to ur desk top or where ever u want it then load it as a wad and good luck finding it on the web its fucking huge if u cant get it ill make a wad with a bunch of ladders on it

have u tried running a search for it lol. when i can't find sumthin i just go search for it, like put in .wad
My half-life.wad is located in c:/SIERRA/counter-strike/valve
Or for cz its in c:/Valve/Condition Zero/valve
