you can rent one from a server renter like nuke servers or just start a dedicated server for a dedicated server click on steam then playga,es and install dedicated server and install it you can make a icon on your desktop to acess it

ya i use www.nukeservers.com/ i have a server with nuke servers and i have 1 dedicated server you have to use ftp pro to work on the server ( easy ) so what i did is copyed the cstrike folder from my other server and overwrited the cstrike folder in my dedicated server file so now i have amx mod x on it with all my maps HEHE
