I want to make a mod for CS to help run a new league. but, I havent found any luck. Does any one know where I may find tutorials for moding cs?

nope 1.6, I did cs:s for a while but my clan desided there never switching over so. I need the info for cs 1.6

| there is a sdk out there for HL1 engine, look thru that or maybe ask at one of the sites that have made mods for servers already. |
