| Hi, just recently got into making CCS maps, so kool, but it wont let me play the BSP file. I get the error 'invalid BSP file' in the ingame console when I try to start it. Im not sure if im using the wrong compilers or something, but i dont have halflife 2 if that has anything to do with it (bought CCS seperate). I'm not even sure i should be using hammer or 'worldcraft' (whatever that is). I'm currently using the 'zhlt253' compiling tools and hammer 3.4 map maker. Pls help! to make maps for CS:Source you have to have Half-Life 2 to gain access to the Source SDK, where Hammer 4.1 is.
As far as I know they have not released sdk for CS:S & DOD:S alone owners .
Look at this tutorial and if you do not see under the tools section
Source SDK the nyou do not have access to it....yet.

kool thx, so if i D/L source SDK and use it i should be able to make my maps?
Also when im compiling i have the option to use 'CSG' as well as BSP, VIS and RAD, no tutorials seem to show this been used, do i need to?
