like, change their head, body, etc?
i want to put someone i know into the game, for fun. and also make some devilishly camoflauged soldiers, who have body textures identical to the environment
IE, in a wood paneled room, i would put troops with wood panel uniform _________________ i'm a NOOOOOOOOOB |

you should be able to open up the models using half-life model viewer, then export the textures, edit them and import them back in.

you can decompile the whole model using milkshape and edit textures and edit body of the model.
If you just wanna edit the skin the model viewer would work easier I think. You will need some kind of bmp editor, like photoshop or gimp etc. |
