I finally got CS:S running on a computer back home *yay* but mapping on Source is still pretty new for me although i got allong pretty well with hammer 3.5 and CS 1.6.

I made so many thing for CS 1.6 ( complex prison, security buildings, laser traps, light switched, doors with encoded lock ( press a code like 4265 or more numbers ). But on the CS:S with hammer 4.1:

I am not fully used to the Outputs and Inputs on all the entities to be quite honest i don't even understand what they do.

I have FINALLY got a light switch to work ... just the texture is sooo wrong and it doesn't move when i switch it?

Somehow i should be able to make a security door which has steel bars in it but i don't have a multi_manager anymore. Luckily i do understand how to make doors rotating ( haven't tried the normall doors that don't rotate yet but shouldn't be a problem ). But i would like a decent tutorial with func_button for CS:S where i know what textures i could take. I looked for buttons or switches or 'light' in the hopes of finding a light switch but i couldn't find one that seemed to have any movement.

Could you tell me what to use for multimanager (i figured it would be something with relay's and input/output of a button but i seem to get stuck on there)? And well im almost emberassed to ask but a way to get the lightswitch working?? Embarassed

P.S: So far when you made a tutorial i was able to re-create everything and after that apply it to a lot of other stuff which i made up by my own. So i hope to see a big expension on your tutorials some day ! Very Happy
