darn! I made a small tunnel with water in it, but i kept seein the tops of the other blocks of water, and it looked bad. Plz give updates on how to fix!

Ive looked all over the forum for a post on this, but I couldnt find one!
Anyways, I get "Access is denied" and "system error: File not Found" a lot on every hl rad/vis/csg.

My Buildfacelights is taking forever, and it never compiles! I have to use tskmngr to exit hlrad so my comp doesn't freeze up!
